Jake joined Sharon & I for our last day in MT for a day long shoot just inside the North entrance to Yellowstone. It was a monster day of shooting with 2104 images being filed tonight. The vast majority of images were of Rocky Mtn Bighorn Sheep. What I posted here is the weakest image of the day. I’m hoping Jake will post his killer full frame vertical head shot on his blog, it’s gorgeous! After photographing wildilfe with the D3 for two solid weeks now, I am totally blown away with the quality and technology it delivers. The AF system is such a vast improvement over the D2Xs it’s hard to believe! It’s simply a killer camera. Gotta get the backup made, lots of new images… it was a big day!
