Crashing waves, calling gulls, cool ocean breeze in the company of friends, there is no better way to start a day or a Digital Landscape event. Speaking of friends, our dear friend Scott Kelby is here charming the crowds and tonight, filling their head with good things.
These photos are of the building at Coast Guard Beach taken just prior and after sunrise. The magic of light!

After a monstrous night with the doors rattling and windows shaking from a tremendous electrical storm, we headed out early this AM to scout. We’re totally enchanted with the Cape and its scenery, it’s just beautiful! While checking out Nauset Light this cute Red Fox came out of the bush on the prowl. We spent about an hour with this little guy as it hunted the area. The end of the day found us at Cape Cod Lighthouse with an OK sunset a blaze. Great friends and good shooting makes for a marvelous day!

You’re probably wondering just where the heck am I? We’re still in ME wrapping up our DLWS event. And I’m exhausted! We’ve been going from long before daylight to well after daylight having just a grand time. I’m way behind on many things right now which includes blogging some images. This is from this evening’s shoot. I spent some time trying to find some unusual leaves to photograph and I was quite happy when I found these three in the crack of a rock. I’m not really good at macro photography, so this image made me happy.
We’re off tomorrow to Cape Cod, looking forward to the possibility of getting a little caught up and posting some more images.
